Son of firm co-founder Randall Robertson, Granite City native Eric Robertson maintains a general law practice with the firm, focusing on Energy Law and Public Utilities Law.
Eric has been a member of the Illinois Bar since 1973, following completion of his law studies at St. Louis University (J.D. 1973) and undergraduate work at DePauw University (B.A. 1968). Eric served as Assistant City Attorney for Granite City from 1973 to 1975 and as Special Assistant Illinois Attorney General from 1975 to 1983. He was Attorney for the Tri-City Regional Port District from 1994 to 2005 and was the Attorney for the Granite City Park District from 1994 to 2014.
Eric served on the Board of Directors of Coro Foundation in St. Louis, Missouri from 1985 to 1987, on the Lay Advisory Board and Ethics Committee of St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Granite City from 1986 to 2001, and on the Board of Directors for the Tri-City Area United Way from 1991 to 1998. He currently serves on the Board of Alcoholic Rehabilitation Community House, a position he has held since 1985.
